Funky Odor From Mail

In Hartford Connecticut this past week , a worker discovered a foul oder coming from a piece of mail. The worker who worked in one of the offices of Governor M. Jodi Rells offices, stated he felt dizzy and itchy. The office was closed off and the man was taken through a decontamination chamber and taken to the hospital.

State police and the Department of Environmental Protection are at the scene investigating. The state police's major crimes unit is treating the matter as a criminal investigation.
